EVENTS COMMITTEE AGENDA

 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a meeting of Eccleshall Parish Council Events Committee will be held on Wednesday 8th November 2023, Eccleshall Community Centre, following the meeting of the Planning committee.

 

1.     Apologies

2.     To elect a Chairman

3.     To approve the minutes of the meeting held on Wednesday, September 6th 2023

4.     To receive any working party meeting notes and consider proposals arising for events prior to the end of the current financial year.

5.     To receive any updates on the proposal for a beacon lighting event to celebrate the 80th Anniversary of VE Day on the 6th June 2024.

6.     To consider future activities for financial year 2024/25 to advise budget planning

8.     Items for next meeting

Date of next meeting – January 3rd 2024, following a meeting of the Policy and Resources committee.
